What is IKada?

IKada is your very own grocery delivery service! Through IKada Website or Application you can select the items and it will be delivered within few hours by our Delivery Executives.

What can I buy from IKada?

Everything which is available at IKada APP and website, such as vegetables, fruits, beverages etc.

What is the deadline to place an order so I can receive same day delivery?

If you want your groceries to be delivered the same day*.

Where do I contact IKada?

What types of payments do you accept?

IKada accepts different payment modes such as Paypal, Stripe, Wallet, Debit or Credit Cards.

Is there a way I can get periodically needed products automatically?

You can reorder a previous order with a click of a button. To do this go to your order history to reorder a previous order.

Do you accept returns?

IKada does not currently provide an item return policy for accidental or unintended purchases. If you are not satisfied with the product because of any defect, please notify us with the specifics within 1 hour of delivery. For any other similar queries, feel free to reach our customer service team over phone, chat or email. We’ll be glad to assist you.

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel your order with IKada before 2 hours from the scheduled delivery. Just call us or email us immediately and we'll be glad to help! If you must cancel your order before the delivery process, your order total will be returned to your IKada wallet as a credit for use with your next order or a refund to be issued.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds normally take 3-5 business days to process depending on your payment method. If you do not see a refund within that time frame please contact your bank directly.
